About

A Charlotte machine shop built around precision and trust

NCX Concepts works shoulder to shoulder with its customers on manufacturability, then machines, fabricates, and proves the parts before they ship.

Who we are

About NCX Concepts

NCX Concepts is a precision CNC machine shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. We serve aerospace, defense, government, industrial, and OEM customers with multi-axis machining, engraving, fabrication, and welding, backed by in-process inspection and full traceability.

The shop was built on a simple idea: the work goes better when the machinists are at the table before the first chip flies. We collaborate tightly with our customers on manufacturability, flagging over-tight tolerances, hard-to-reach features, and cost drivers while the print can still change, so problems get caught on paper, not on the floor.

Operating in Charlotte's strong manufacturing and logistics corridor, NCX Concepts brings machinists and fabricators together under one roof to serve aerospace, defense, government, industrial, and OEM customers.

What we value

How we work

Precision

We treat the print as the contract. Every feature, finish, and tolerance is planned in and verified out.

Confidentiality

Customer drawings, data, and parts stay protected. We work ITAR-aware and under NDA when required.

Single source

Machining, engraving, and fabrication under one roof, fewer vendors, fewer handoffs, fewer surprises.

Accountability

Documented inspection and traceability mean we can prove a part is right, not just say so.

Confidentiality

ITAR and confidentiality, handled as process

Aerospace and defense work carries obligations that go beyond the cut. How drawings are stored, who handles technical data, and how information moves all matter. We treat these as process requirements, not afterthoughts. We never publish customer parts, program details, drawings, or client names, and the work shown on this site is in-process footage only, never finished defense or aerospace hardware.

  • ITAR-aware handling of technical data and parts
  • NDAs available and honored
  • No customer parts, drawings, or names published
  • Controlled access to sensitive work
  • Traceability and documented inspection
